Tom joined Ideas* as an Engineer in 2016.
Since then, he has obtained experience in pyrolysis and torrefaction, implemented these technologies in plant processes, and developed auxiliary processes to support these technologies.
Throughout his time, he has helped further develop processes and technologies to optimise the conversion of organic waste streams, in controlled environments, into product streams. He played a pivotal role in developing processes for manufacturing a range of new granular fertiliser products for Australian Bio Fert.
